Optional in-app disclosure template for developers integrating GetPassive. Use this only if you choose in-app disclosure over disclosure in your Terms and Privacy Policy.

Disclosure to your end-users can be handled two ways: (1) clear and prominent language in your existing Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (default and most common), OR (2) an in-app consent modal or onboarding screen using copy similar to what follows. Both are acceptable. Choose what fits your app.
